Al-Uqubat: Jurnal Hukum Pidana Islam is a scientific journal with a double-blind peer review system published by the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sheikh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary State Islamic University of Padangsidimpuan, Indonesia. Al-Uqubat: Jurnal Hukum Pidana Islam publishes a wide range of scholarly works, including research articles, conceptual articles, field study reports, and book reviews in the field of Islamic criminal law. The journal is published twice a year, in June and December, as a forum for the dissemination of innovative and original academic contributions.
