Desensitization Techniques to Reduce the Trauma Impact of Social Media Victims from Bullying
Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan implementasi dari teknik desensitisasi untuk mengurangi kecemasan anak yang mengalami dampak trauma bullying. Hal ini dilakukan di SDN Pinangsia 01 SDN. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah ini yang menjadi korban bullying media sosial. Dalam hal perasaan terhadap korban, mereka mungkin mengalami rasa kurang percaya diri, atau bisa jadi orang yang tertutup, kurang pergaulan, dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu, teknik desensitisasi digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Ada empat langkah dalam teknik ini: pembukaan, inti, penutup, dan tindak lanjut untuk masa depan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.Hasil tindakan dalam teknik desensitisasi meliputi beberapa tahapan masalah, diagnosis, prognosis, pengobatan, dan tindakan selanjutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan perilaku yang terlihat setelah menggunakan teknik desensitisasi. Korban dapat mengatur untuk menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya.
