Paradigma Sosial Profetik dalam Bermuamalah di Media Sosial

Abstract


This study intends to explore and identify the prophetic social values contained in the General Guidelines for Bermuamalah in Social Media in the construction of the fatwa norms of the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI). This research is categorized as qualitative research in the form of literature review with a normative philosophical approach. The main data source used is the Fatwa of the MUI Number 24 of 2017 concerning Law and Guidelines for Bermuamalah Through Social Media. The analytical theory used is the Prophetic Social Science paradigm that was initiated by Kuntowijoyo. The results of the study show that there are various prophetic social values contained in the three general guidelines for praying on social media. First, the value of humanization in the construction of fatwa norms in the first general guideline which emphasizes the importance of using social media to embody the teachings of amar makruf (commandments of virtue) in the context of communication and information. Second, the value of transcendence in the construction of fatwa norms in the second general guideline which emphasizes the importance of making Islamic teachings a manifestation of transcendence values as an ethical and ethical foundation in the use of social media. Third, the value of liberation in the construction of fatwa norms in the third general guideline which emphasizes the importance of upholding ethical attitudes and tolerance in responding to various information (content) as a manifestation of the value of nahi munkar (preventing evil) so that social conflicts do not occur
