THE EFFECT OF INCOME, EDUCATION LEVEL, AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ON CIVIL SERVANT RETIREMENT PLANNING IN PADANGSIDIMPUAN CITY

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Income, Education Level, and Financial Management on Civil Servant Retirement Planning in the North Padangsidimpuan sub district, Kayuombun village. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with external and internal model tests. This study used SmartPLS 4 for data analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of Income, Education Level, and Financial Management on Civil Servant Retirement Planning in the North Padangsidimpuan sub-district, Kayuombun village. 31 people were involved in the study as samples. The results showed that the Income variable had a significant positive effect on Planning, Education Level had a positive but insignificant effect on Planning, and Financial Management had a positive but insignificant effect on Planning.
