Abstract


The role of library for higher education or institution is very important, although it is just supporting factor, but we couldn’t imagine how if a international or qualified school doesn’t build a complete library. For this reason human resources is plays important role to develop library.  This article tries to explore staf motivation to increase the quality of service in library.
