Jurisprudentia; Journal of Economic Law, Print ISSN: 2442-6822 and Online ISSN: 2580-5134, is a scientific journal focused on developing Islamic economic law studies through the publication of high-quality, innovative academic works that contribute to scientific advancement. This journal publishes various types of scientific writing, including empirical and normative research results, conceptual articles, literature reviews, and analyses of current and contemporary issues relevant to the dynamics of Islamic economic law, Islamic economics, Islamic financial institutions, Islamic business, and Islamic economic regulations in national and global contexts. The editors only accept original manuscripts that have not been published in other scientific media and are not currently under review in other journals. Each submitted article must adhere to the writing requirements and format as outlined in the manuscript writing guidelines established by the editors. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a selection and peer review process to maintain the academic quality, originality, and scientific integrity of each publication. Jurisprudentia; The Journal of Economic Law was established in 2015 and published by the Faculty of Sharia and Law UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan as an academic medium for disseminating ideas, research, and development of thought in the field of Islamic economic law. This journal is published periodically twice a year, namely in June and December, and is committed to being a scientific forum that is able to strengthen academic traditions, expand scientific discourse, and encourage integration between theory, practice, and the development of Islamic economic law regulations in Indonesia and at the international level.
