PENGARUH FINANCIAL LITERACY DAN FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE TERHADAP FINANCIAL INCLUSION PADA PELAKU UMKM BAZNAS SUMATERA UTARA

UMKM memiliki pengaruh yang besar dalam perekenomian nasional. BAZNAS Sumatera Utara merupakan lembaga keuangan yang menyalurkan dananya ke pihak UMKM. Perkembangan UMKM tidak terlepas dari berbagai masalah dan kendala dalam mengelola usahanya sebab dapat dipicu dari kurangnya pemahaman mengenai financial literacy dan financial knowledge., sehingga hal ini dapat menyebabkan kurangnya dalam memahami financial inclusion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial literacy dan financial knowledge terhadap financial inclusion pada pelaku UMKM BAZNAS Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 34 pelaku UKM di BAZNAS Sumatera Utara. Teknik sampelnya berupa nonprobablity sampling dengan pemakaian sampling jenuh yang di analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa financial literacy berpengaruh positif signifikan. Namun, financial knowledge berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Sementara itu, berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda yang dinyatakan pada determinasi faktor maka variabel financial literacy dan financial knowledge mampu menerangkan variasi financial inclusion sebesar 74,5%, Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model.
