Pelaksanaan Proses Pembelajaran Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Nomor 103 Tahun 2014 Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 200106/9 Kota Padangsidimpuan
Abstract
Minister of Education and Culture Regulation number 103 of 2014 concerning learning in primary education and secondary education explains that education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality. intelligence, noble morals, and skills needed by himself, society, nation and state. The formulation of the research problem is how is the implementation and process of learning based on the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation number 103 of 2014 concerning learning in primary and secondary education in learning at State Elementary Schools 200106/9 Padangsidimpuan City? This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research subjects are students and Teacher. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Techniques for ensuring data validity include extending research time, triangulation and peer review, and data processing and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis by describing an event or events found in the research. Based on the results of researchers who carried out the implementation and process of learning at State Elementary Schools 200106/9, Padangsidimpuan City has not implemented learning in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation number 103 of 2014 concerning learning in primary and secondary education in elementary schools, in this case, the implementation of learning What happens is not in accordance with the implementation of learning that should be carried out appropriately, ideally and proportionally. In accordance with the Minister of Education Regulation number 103 of 2014, the mechanism for implementing learning is regulated. Teachers can implement the implementation and learning process based on existing regulations, so that teachers can have more reference in the learning process, and learning is more effective and focused. Thus, in the learning process as an educator you must be able to carry out learning in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation number 103 of 2014 concerning learning in primary and secondary education in elementary school learning.
