Abstract


Learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education are absolutely necessary, especially for the Alpha generation. Especially in the era of 4.0 which requires teachers to have learning innovations. One of the cooperative learning strategies for students can foster creative and innovative critical thinking, to solve a problem in a group discussion of learning about the science of Islamic Religious Education. This qualitative research uses the method of observation, interviews and documentation. This study aims to analyze what learning strategies are for the Alpha generation and the application of learning strategies for the Alpha generation. This research is very important to do to find out the right Islamic Religious Education learning strategy for the Alpha generation. Teachers need to have implementation strategy of Islamic Religious Education in elementary schools, in order to improve the quality of Islam which is characterized by various changes in both cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The results of this study indicate that learning is very good, because in the learning process students are directly faced with reality, so they are able to solve problems and make decisions with friends, then the results of the learning process to be respected in front of the class, about the results of the learning science.
