Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas X

Abstract


This research aims to analyze students' learning motivation through the application of the Problem Based Learning model, and through various real problems in everyday life that are linked to the knowledge they have learned or will learn. The Problem Based Learning learning model is defined as problem-based learning, namely a type of learning model that involves students in the process of solving a problem through the material presented. The subjects in this research consisted of 1 class of students taken using purposive sampling technique, totaling 23 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and observation sheets. The research results show that the Problem Based Learning learning model can increase students' learning motivation. This can be seen from the research results which show that 24% of students' presentations actively ask questions, 20% of students pay attention to the teacher's explanation, 17% of students work together in doing group assignments, 39% of students' curiosity during practical learning.  Thus it can be concluded that the problem solving based learning model can increase students' learning motivation.
