Abstract


Universities in its development are strongly influenced by technological advances. Originally, college just rely on the ability of lecturers in the learning process. As one of the organizers of distance education system, open university greatly aided by digital library services for learning materials for students and lecturers. Virtual reading room is one of the facilities that may reduce student complaint against the delay in delivery of the modules.
