EL-QANUNIY: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Kesyariahan dan Pranata Sosial, P-ISSN: 2442-6652 and E-ISSN: 2580-7307 is published twice a year in June and December by Faculty of Sharia and Law Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary State Islamic University since 2005 (first edition-offline) and 2015 (online). The Editor team of EL-QANUNIY journal invites with pleasure researchers, scholars, professionals, academics, or practitioners, to submit high-quality manuscripts based on research or library studies in the field of Sharia and Social, focused on, Islamic Law, Islamic Family Law, Islamic Economic Law, Islamic Constitutional Law, Islamic Criminal Law and other Social Issues. All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed and published in online versions.
