Manuscript withdrawal is strictly prohibited once the review, editing, or production process has begun. Retracting a submission without a formally approved, valid justification is considered a severe violation of publication ethics.
Consequently, any author who withdraws their work post-submission, during the double-blind peer-review phase, or after acceptance will face strict academic sanctions. The offending author will be blacklisted and barred from submitting, co-authoring, or publishing any manuscript in Bioedunis Journal for a period of five (5) consecutive years.
