Kesiapan Jawa Tengah Membangun Green Economy Melalui Sektor Pertanian

Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor terkuat mendukung perekonomian di Indonesia. Jawa Tengah menjadi salah satu provinsi dengan hasil pertanian terbesar ketiga di Indonesia. Hadirnya Jawa Tengah menjadi harapan tumpuan pemenuhan kebutuhan guna pertumbuhan ekonomi yang menerapkan blue print menjaga kelestarian alam demi masa depan bangsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam karya tulis ini adalah metode deskripstif. Dalam karya tulis ini, penulis menjabarkan secara deskriptif mengenai kesiapan provinsi Jawa Tengah dalam implementasi green economy, khususnya sektor pertanian. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data sekunder dan dianalisis dengan bentuk rekomendasi dari penulis. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan kesiapan Jawa Tengah menerapkan green economy dan sirkular ekonomi melalui sektor pertanian berupa budidaya tanaman organik, urban farming, farmers markets, dan edukasi produk tani ramah lingkungan yang harus didukung oleh para pemangku kepentingan yaitu pemerintah berupa aturan atau undang-undang dan masyarakat dalam mengimplementasikannya, sehingga implementasi green economy dapat berjalan secara maksimal.
