Pengaruh Metode Snowball Throwing Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam Siswa SMAN 4 Padangsidimpuan

This research is motivated by the existence of students who have problems in terms of learning achievement in Islamic religious education subjects. The purpose of this study, to determine the effect of the snowball Trowing method on the learning achievement of Islamic religious education of high school students. This research is using experimental method. This research was conducted at SMAN 4 Padangsidimpuan in class XI MIA 4 (experimental class) and XIMIA 5 (control class). The sampling technique used cluster random sampling technique. The results showed that there was an effect of the snowball throwing method on the learning achievement of Islamic religious education students of class XI MIA 4 at SMAN 4 Padangsidimpuan. Obtaining the value of tcount 3.606> t table 1.998, this shows that there is a difference in learning achievement of Islamic religious education between students who received the snowball throwing method in the experimental class and students who received the lecture method in the control class.
