EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN DAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENGHAMBAT DAN PENDUKUNG (TEACHING FACTORY) DI SMAN BATANGTORU

Abstract

The needs of the labor required to produce a quality graduates according to the needs of the industry. Through Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 2018 concerning the need for the implementation of vocational school revitalization, to carry out the Inpres, the factory teaching program was run in Vocational Schools. Teaching factory is the concept of learning in which schools carry out production or services that are part of the process of teaching and learning. The purpose of this study was to measure and determine whether or not the implementation of the teaching factory was reviewed in terms of aspects of the learning process and training as well as aspects of Human Resources (HR) and also to find out the inhibiting factors and supporting implementation. The methods used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data obtained, processed and searched for the average value of the results of questionnaires and interviews. Both of these instruments are used to complement and strengthen the research data so that the data obtained are completely valid. Further from the average value can be obtained the value of achievement of success (KKM) from implementation of the teaching factory pattern of learning & training and HR aspects.
