SOP for Manuscript Management
At least two reviewers independently review each manuscript submitted to the Pedagogic Forum in the form of a "double-blind peer review". The decision to accept, accept with revisions, or reject is based on their reports/recommendations. In some cases, the editor may submit the article for review by another third reviewer prior to making a decision, if necessary.

The Paedagogic Forum does not charge APC fees, filing fees, or other fees. All article publication processes are free of charge.

Plagiarism Policy
Authors only have to submit manuscripts that are free from plagiarism and academic malpractice. Editors, however, double-check each article before publication. The first step is to check for plagiarism against an offline database developed by the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at the State Islamic University (UIN) Sheikh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan, Indonesia. Second, against as many online databases as possible.

This statement clarifies the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the act of posting an article in this journal, including the author, editor-in-chief, Editorial Board, peer-reviewers, and publisher. This statement is based on the COPE Best Practices Guidelines for Journal Editors.
Journal Publication Ethics Guidelines
The peer-reviewed publication of articles in the Pedagogical Forum is an important foundation in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the author's work and the institutions that support it. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree on standards of ethical behavior expected for all parties involved in the act of publishing: authors, journal editors, peer reviewers, publishers, and the public.
The Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan as publisher of the Pedagogical Forum carries out its duties of guardianship over all stages of publication very seriously, and we are aware of ethical and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprints or additional commercial revenue do not impact or influence editorial decisions. Apart from that, the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan and the Editorial Board will assist with communication with other journals and publishers if useful and necessary.
Publication decisions
The Editors of the Pedagogical Forum are responsible for deciding which articles submitted to the journal should be published. Validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers should always drive such decisions. Editors may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and limited by applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism. The editors can consult with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.
Fair play
An editor at all times evaluates manuscripts based on their intellectual content without regard to the author's race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, nationality, or political philosophy.
Confidentiality
The editor and any editorial staff may not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisors, and the publisher, as appropriate.
Disclosure and conflicts of interest
Unpublished material disclosed in a submitted manuscript may not be used in the editor's research without written permission from the author.
