PELAKSANAAN JUAL BELI KOPI DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM (Studi Kasus di Pasar Pargarutan Dolok Kecamatan Angkola Timur Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan)
Abstract
There was fraud in the sale and purchase of coffee at the Pargarutan Dolok Village Market. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to carry out buying and selling coffee and how to review Islamic business ethics regarding the implementation of buying and selling coffee. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of buying and selling coffee and to find out the review of Islamic business ethics on the implementation of buying and selling coffee at the Pargarutan Dolok Market. This type of research is qualitative and uses descriptive analysis. The subjects of this study consisted of 10 coffee farmers and 10 coffee shops. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, structured interviews and documentation. The analysis technique in this study is through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Techniques for guaranteeing the validity of the data in this study were extending participation, persistence while participating in the research and source triangulation techniques. The results of this study are that there is fraud in the implementation of buying and selling coffee between coffee shops and coffee farmers, namely the shopkeeper rounding off the results of the scales. The farmer mixes the coffee husk bran into the coffee beans. The implementation of buying and selling coffee is not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely monotheism, namely coffee farmers and coffee shops still cheat. Balance, where toke and farmers are not being fair. Free will, that is, farmers and toke use their freedom to benefit themselves but to the detriment of others. Responsibility, that is, farmers and tokei as business people must be accountable for their actions towards religion and society to be fair in doing business. Virtue and honesty, namely the toke and farmers are not being honest in the implementation of buying and selling coffee.
