ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF PROBLEMS AT THE RAUDHATUL ISTIQOMAH HAMPARAN PERAK EDUCATION FOUNDATION
This study aims to examine the impact of educational issues at the Raudhatul Istiqomah Education Foundation in Hamparan Perak. The research uses a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is processed, presented in an organized manner, and analyzed to draw valid conclusions. The data validity is ensured through credibility and dependability. The findings show that the Raudhatul Istiqomah Education Foundation in Hamparan Perak still faces many challenges. Some of the issues include low student motivation, problems related to student character and ethics, issues concerning the stability and condition of teachers, limited teaching and learning facilities for both students and teachers, and a lack of professional development for teachers. The solutions provided by the Raudhatul Istiqomah Education Foundation in Hamparan Perak include implementing innovative and creative teaching models, conducting integrated guidance for students, ensuring teacher stability, creating a conducive learning environment, gradually developing teacher competencies, and improving competencies that support the learning process.
