Article Processing Charges (APCs)
As part of our commitment to providing open access to quality research, DIRASATUL IBTIDAIYAH: Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar charges an article publication fee of IDR 300.000. This fee covers the entire publishing process, including peer review administration, editing, formatting, and digital archiving. By supporting this fee, authors contribute directly to maintaining high academic standards and the wide global dissemination of knowledge without financial barriers for readers.
Payment Procedures and Stages
Authors whose manuscripts undergo the evaluation process must fulfill the payment through the official bank account number listed on the invoice sent via email. The APC payment process is structured in two distinct stages:
- First Stage (Review Phase): The author pays IDR 100.000 (representing 40% of the total APC) when the manuscript officially enters the peer-review stage. Please note that if the manuscript is rejected based on the reviewers' recommendations, this initial payment is strictly non-refundable
.
- Second Stage (Acceptance Phase): The author pays the remaining IDR 200,000 (representing 60% of the total APC) after the article is declared accepted and ready for production. The Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will not be issued, and the article will not be published until this remaining balance is fully settled.
Payment Confirmation
After completing any transaction, authors are required to fill out the official payment confirmation form via the URL link provided in the invoice email. Authors should regularly check their registered email for these updates.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
The Article Processing Charge (APC) is strictly non-refundable. Because these fees are allocated to cover editorial, administrative, and production expenses that are immediately incurred upon submission and review, refunds will not be issued for withdrawn manuscripts or papers rejected during the peer-review process. Exceptional cases involving systemic publisher errors are the only instances where the editorial board reserves the right to issue a refund or a fee waiver. For further details regarding penalties or conditions, please refer to our full Withdrawal Policy.
