POST-PUBLICATION DISCUSSION
Yurisprudentia: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi recognizes that scholarly communication, critical evaluation, and academic discourse do not end with the publication of an article. Post-publication discussion provides opportunities for readers, authors, researchers, academics, legal scholars, practitioners, and the wider scholarly community to comment on, question, critically evaluate, or clarify articles published in the journal.
The journal welcomes relevant, constructive, respectful, and evidence-based post-publication discussions that contribute to the advancement of scholarly knowledge, particularly in the fields of economic law, Islamic economic law, business law, commercial law, Islamic jurisprudence related to economic activities, and other legal disciplines within the journal's aims and scope.
