Thariqah Ilmiah: Jurnal Ilmu-Ilmu Kependidikan dan Bahasa Arab is a peer-reviewed, open-access international journal dedicated to advancing scholarship and academic debate in the fields of education and Arabic language studies. Published by the Arabic Education Department (Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab), Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan in partnership with the Association of Arabic Lecturers (IMLA), the journal provides a global platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners. It features innovative ideas, critical analyses, and evidence-based research aimed at addressing complex challenges in Arabic education and pedagogy.
Thariqah Ilmiah welcomes submissions that explore diverse viewpoints and utilize either quantitative or qualitative methodologies. The journal publishes original research articles and comprehensive reviews characterized by academic rigor, novelty, and strong relevance to current discussions in educational sciences and Arabic language acquisition.
The journal’s scope includes, but is not limited to, the following key areas:
